| Historie of BOESC |
| The Belgian Old English Sheepdog Club (BOESC) was founded
on December 19, 1997. On September 22, 2000 the validity of incorporation was confirmed by
publication in the Belgian Statute Book.
From that day the club was called 'Belgian Old English Sheepdog Club
vzw' or 'BOESC vzw'. BOESC joined the Royal Kynologic Union Sint-Hubertus on January 11, 2001
as a club with incorporation.
On March 24, 2001, the club became his definitive association to the
Royal Cynologic Union Saint-Hubertus with number 1122

| Objectives of BOESC |
|
The major object of the club is to maintain and improve the
pureness of the breed in Belgium. Beside breeders and members who participate in obedience and
ringcraft competitions, every bobtail owner is welcome to join the club.
Therefore several events shall be organized regularely.
Puppiemediation
and rehoming Special objects of BOESC vzw are the pup
info and rescue of bobtails. The puppy mediation is a free BOESC service between Belgian breeders
(club members) and interested buyers. The rescue and rehoming service of the club provides a voluntary service
to ensure that dogs that need rehoming, for what ever reason, are given
the best possible chance of finding a good and permanent home in which
it can have a happy future. More info :
